The first bloggers were artists. Leonardo Da Vinci was “blogging” long ago….only withtout the internet….of course there were writers who kept journals, but artists included drawings and notes in their sketchbooks which made them closer to the modern day blogger.

Here I am in my first blog. I hope this day finds you well and I hope someone finds my blog. I am an artist and for the most part I express myself with drawings and paintings, and I dont jump on the latest bandwagon so it took me a while to get here, in the world of blogging….but I have seen a few very good blogs from other artists so I thought I’d share…..

On blogging: There seems to be alot of people these days “expressing themselves” through blogs. In the old days it was called talking too much.  There are many talking much without anything to say. I think it’s because many folks are having an identity crisis…they dont know who they are but hope to feel some kind of identity or individuality if they can be heard above all the noise of information we are bombarded with these days. Even if they are heard by only one other human, it’s a comfort to have an identity.

That being said I hope I can offer something valueable or some interesting or fun news….if I cant I’ll link you outta here.
